Advantages And Disadvantages Of Breastfeeding
Breastfeeding is very good for babies. It contains high nutritional enzymes that helps infants in the digestion. The amino acids in breast milk, the building blocks of proteins, are well balanced for the human baby, as are the sugars (primarily lactose) and fats.

It also contains the antibodies from the mother that helps babies to be away from many acute and chronic infections early in life. Good cholesterol is also present in the human breasts that the mother secretes for the babies for them to be stronger and infection FREE. It promotes brainfoods, vitamin bile, and vitamin D.

It is also the least way to feed and infant. However, the mother should always make sure to eat healthy foods, and drink her vitamins which will help her maintain a good and high-nutrient body. Formula fed babies are more prone to different kinds of allergy. Some would develop rashes, easily irritable, vomiting and nausea. Also, Nursing helps most women lose weight (though not fluid) after delivery, as 500 calories or more are used by breastfeeding each day. There is a well-accepted extra closeness that breastfeeding mothers experience that is both hormonal and emotional in nature.

Disadvantages
One of the disadvantages of breast feeding is when the baby gets more than the usual and the mom is having difficulty producing milk.  However, it is unusual for a mother not to produce enough milk for her baby unless she is not breastfeeding correctly or frequently enough.

The most of all disadvantages is when the mom spends more time with the baby and somehow the rest of the family feel they are being left out, most especially the dad. However, it is believed that breastfed babies tend to eat more than than of the formula fed ones.  It was told that the breast milk is easy to digest, thus results a little pressure for the mom since this would mean more frequent feedings.

Make sure that newly born infants gets breastfed first before they try on the formulas. Because it will be very hard to switch from formula to breast feeding. And also that mother’s breasts stops producing milk when not being stimulated.
